월간[사람과산] 2011년 5월호에 실린 <김규순의 풍수이야기>
요즈음 신문지상에 판교신도시 그 중에서도 운중동이 자주 오르내리고 있다. 운중동을 신선이 책을 읽고 있다는 의미의 선인독서형(仙人讀書形)의 명당이라고 말하고 있다. 건설회사가 주택을 지어서 공급을 하는데 왈가왈부할 생각은 없지만, 건설사들이 소위 명당마케팅이란 명목으로 소비자를 현혹하려는 기사를 내고 있는 것에 대해서는 ‘그 도가 지나치다’라는 생각에 풍수사로써 짚고 넘어가려 한다.
청계산은 서울, 의왕, 과천, 성남을 아우르는 친근한 산이다. 청계산은 광교산에서 받은 기운을 관악산과 구룡산으로 이어주는 산이다. 광교산이 뿌리이고 관악산과 구룡산이 자식이 셈이다. 청계산은 관악산의 어미가 되는 산으로 흙이 많아서 수풀이 무성하여 푸근함을 준다.광교산은 하오고개를 통하여 청계산과 연결되어 있다. 하오고개는 판교 운중동에서 안양으로 넘어가는 고개로 57번 지방도로가 개설되어 있다. 이런 곳을 풍수에서는 과협처라고 한다. 광교산의 정기가 하오고개를 통하여 솟아올라서 국사봉을 만든다. 국사봉에서 능선이 좌우로 용틀임하며 북진하여 이수봉으로 이어지다가 청계산 만경대에서 사방으로 용맥을 내려 자기의 영역을 구축하고 있다.
‘산은 물을 건너지 못하고 물은 산을 넘지 못한다’는 원칙에 의거하여 청계산은 북으로는 양재천, 동으로는 탄천과 염곡천, 남으로는 운중천과 하오고개, 서쪽으로는 학의천이 경계가 되고 있다.
운중동이 명당이 아닌 이유_하나 : 청계산의 정기를 안고 있지 못하다.
산이 있으면 그 산의 정기가 서리는 자리가 한두 군데 있기 마련이다. 마을이나 주거지는 산의 앞면에 위치해야 산의 정기가 마을을 감싸 안게 된다.
산의 앞면은 유정(有情)하고, 산의 뒷면은 무정(無情)하다고 한다. 그러면 산의 앞면과 뒷면은 어떻게 구분하는가. 산의 앞면은 여유롭게 능선이 이어지며 산과 들 그리고 물이 어우러져 햇볕이 잘 들어 양명하다. 산의 뒷면은 가파르고 험하기까지 하여 골바람이 불고 국면이 좁다. 산의 앞면은 대체로 산의 능선이 감싸 안는 형국이고 산의 뒷면은 능선이 외면하는 형국이다.판교 운중동은 광교산과 청계산 사이에 끼어 있는 동네로써 산의 진행 방향으로 유추하면 산의 뒷면에 위치한다.
나무는 뿌리에서 줄기로, 줄기에서 가지로 기운이 전해진다. 산도 이와 같다. 고압전기도 방향성이 있다. 철탑이 높은 데서 낮은 곳으로 전기가 흐르는 것이 아니라 발전소에서 변전소로 전기를 보내는 것처럼 뿌리에서 연결된 능선만큼은 정상을 향하여 정기가 흐른다. 청계산의 뿌리가 광교산이라고 하면 하오고개에서 국사봉에 이르는 구간이 줄기에 해당된다고 하겠다. 물론 일반적으로 산의 정기가 산의 정상에서 흘러내려간다.
이것을 바탕으로 유추해 볼 때, 청계산의 주 기운은 북쪽으로 흐르고 있으므로 남쪽에 위치한 판교 운중동은 청계산의 뒷면에 위치한 자리이다. 이곳은 청계산 정상으로 기운을 전달하는 지렛대 역할 또는 지각 역할을 해주는 줄기의 역할을 하는 곳에 지나지 않는다. 그러므로 한국학중앙연구소가 오랜 역사와 많은 인재를 배출했음에도 학술적으로 주도적인 대응을 하지 못하고 있는 것은 리더가 아닌 참모의 역할에 충실하기 때문이다. 이는 청계산의 정기를 제대로 받지 못하는 이유라고 본다. 예로부터 사람은 산의 정기를 타고난다고 했다. 그러면 산의 정기가 모여드는 곳에 마을이 있으면 금상첨화가 아니겠는가.
운중동은 청계산의 등어리 부분에 있다 보니 전체적으로 국면이 협소하다. 국면이 작으면 큰 인물이 나 큰 부자가 날 수가 없다. 국면이 작다는 말은 골짜기라는 뜻이다. 특히 안양으로 넘어가는 과협처로써 지나가는 자리이다. 즉, 교통요충지인 것이다. 이런 곳은 물류단지나 아울렛 또는 먹자타운으로 개발하는 것이 제격이다.
뒤에 보이는 봉우리는 국사봉이다. 광교산에서 밀어 올린 기운이 짧은 거리에서 국사봉을 솟구치게 하니 청계산의 남벽은 가파를 수 밖에 없다. 이런 곳은 산의 지기가 지나가는 곳이지 머무는곳이 아니다. 국사봉이 남쪽으로 뻗은 능선은 지렛대 역할을 하고 있을 뿐이다. 그러므로 국사봉의 기운은 남쪽이 아닌 북쪽으로 향하고 있다.
운중동의 명당이 아닌 이유_둘 : 진정한 배산임수가 아니다.
풍수에서는 산의 배치가 좋은 것을 배산임수라고 한다. 그러나 배산임수에도 등급이 있다. 최고의 배산임수는 산이 북쪽에서 남쪽으로 진행하여야 하며, 북쪽에 높은 봉우리가 서 있고 좌우로 능선이 넓게 감싸고 있어서 아늑한 모습이어야 한다.
운중동과 비교해 보면, 뒤편에 국사봉이라는 붕우리가 있지만, 서쪽은 하오고개로 연결되는 계곡이고, 동쪽은 탄천이 북쪽을 향하여 열려 있어서 북풍한설이 탄천을 타고 올라 와서는 운중계곡으로 들이닥칠 것이니 운중동 뒤에 버티고 있는 국사봉은 운중동을 위해 서 있는 봉우리가 아니라 청계산 정상으로 전해지는 정기를 보호하는 역할을 하고 있다. 강이나 개천이 북쪽으로 흐르는 곳은 명당이 되기에는 부족한 점이 많다. 운중동이 청계산 기슭에 있지만 풍수적으로는 청계산의 사각지대에 놓여 있는 마을이다.
운중동이 명당이 아닌 이유_셋 : 물(도로) 아래 동네는 피하는 것이 좋다.
학의고속도로가 운중동의 북쪽 청계산의 3부 능선에 걸쳐있다. 왕복 8차선으로 다니는 차량들이 너무나 많다는데 놀랍다. 이 매연과 먼지 그리고 소음이 모두 어디로 가는가. 당연히 운중동 계곡으로 내려가지 않겠는가. 매연이나 소리가 마을도로에서 발생하는 것이 아니라 100m 상공에서 발생하는 것이어서 더욱 놀랍다. 마을도로는 밤이면 차량통행이 뜸해지지만 고속도로는 밤에 더 많은 화물차량이 다닌다. 특히 고급주택이 고속도로 바로 밑에 자리하고 있으니 입지가 불안해서 안타깝다. 예로부터 물(도로) 아래 집은 피하라 하였다. 풍수에서 가장 중요한 덕목이 피흉(避凶)이다. 흉은 피해야하는 것이다.
그 외에도 용인서울고속도로, 경부고속도로가 동쪽과 서쪽을 경계로 달리고 있고, 57번 지방도로(왕복6차선)가 계곡 중앙을 달리고 있어서 소음과 먼지가 밤과 낮, 위아래 할 것 없이 발생하고 있어 쾌적한 마을은 되지 못하는 조건이다. 필자는 고속도로변에는 묘지도 쓰지 말라고 전한다. 심지어 고속도로 밑에 있는 주택은 말할 것도 없다.
남서울CC가 운중동의 남쪽 산기슭에 널따랗게 자리하고 있다. 이 골프장에는 농약을 뿌리지 않는지 궁금하다. 잔디밭에 농약을 뿌린다면 골바람을 타고 운중동에 비산될 것이다. 공해를 피하려고 왔다가 차량의 먼지와 매연 그리고 농약에서 자유로울 수 없는 장소이다.
운중동 마을 뒤 산 중턱으로 고속도로가 달리고 있다. 마을의 입지를 파괴하는 주범이다. 국면이 협소하여 갇혀있는 느낌이다. 산 중턱의 학의고속도로는 위험을 안고 있다. 만약 기름이나 독극물을 실은 탱크로리차량이 전복되면 심각한 상황이 연출될 수도 있다.
결론적으로 운중동도 수도권에서는 살기 좋은 위치에 있다. 다만 명당이 아니라는 것뿐이다. 대기업의 건설사들이 ‘집터가 아닌 명당을 팔자’고 하는 것에 있어서 앙꼬 없는 붕어빵이란 생각이 드는 곳이다. 선의의 다수를 속이고 돈을 버는 목적에만 혈안이 되고 있는 건설사들의 속임수는 어디까지인가. 문제는 매스미디어가 그런 보도 자료에 휘둘리고 있어서 소비자들의 안목을 흐려놓고 있는 것이다. 명당이란 소위 최상급의 거주지를 말하는 것인데, 최상금의 거주지란 그리 많지 않다. 명당은 만들어서 되는 것이라면 애초에 풍수란 존재하지 않는 것과 같다.
청계산 영역에서는 오히려 과천이 길지이다. 청계산의 북사면이라는 약점이 있지만, 청계산의 정기가 서린 앞면으로 능선이 잘 발달되어 있으며 북서쪽에 관악산이 버티고 있어 북풍한설을 막아주고, 우면산이 앞에 다정하게 앉아 있으니 전체적으로 보국이 안정되어 있다. 추사 김정희 선생이 살았고 지금은 서울대공원과 놀이동산, 경마장, 국립과천과학관이 있어서 거대한 테마파크로써의 역할을 하고 있다. 전체적인 규모를 살펴보아도 개천이 유정하게 흐르고 있어 운중동과 비교가 되지 않을 정도로 좋은 입지이다. 이런 곳이 여러 가지 문제로 제대로 개발되지 않고 있음이 안타깝다.
청계산 정상에서 분기하여 서쪽으로 이어지는 능선이다. 이능선은 관악산에 정기를 불어넣어주고 있으며, 과천을 보듬고 있다. 과천은 선비가 기거하기에 좋은 곳이다.
자연도 좋고 직장도 가까운 곳을 마련하려고 판교 운중동을 선택했다면 오산이다. <택리지>에서는 사람과 부대끼며 마을에서 살다가 머리가 복잡해지면 10리 정도 떨어진 곳에 경치 좋은 곳이 있으면 별장을 짓고 살면 좋다고 말하고 있다. 그 당시에 10리라면 1시간정도 걸리는 거리이다. 그렇다면 서울시내에 거처를 마련하여 평일 중 5일을 살다가 주말에 1시간 정도의 거리가 되는, 정말 산 좋고 물 좋은 곳에 주말 전원주택을 마련하는 것이 한층 더 좋겠다.(끝)

초보의 카메라 입문
최근 네이버 플레이 윈도에 카메라 체험단이 떴었다.
한참 들떠서 해당 카메라가 생겼으면 좋겠다고 생각했는데..
카메라를 좀 알아보니 체험단을 안 하길 잘했다는 생각이 든다.
카페 글을 찾아보니 불편한 점을 적은 글을 봤기 때문.
포지션도 애매한 포지션이라는 글을 보니 막상 구매자 입장이라면 좀 더 알아보고
사고 싶은 생각이 들 것 같았다.
어쨌든 가장 기본이 되는 카메라의 종류에는 어떤 것들이 있는지 알아보자.
1. 일반 디지털카메라
일명 똑딱이 카메라로 불린다.
렌즈는 따로 분리하거나 장착할 수 없는 디카.
가장 일반적으로 아무나 간단히, 쉽게 찍을 수 있는 콤팩트 카메라다.
스마트폰이 발달하면서 이 카메라의 인기가 많이 식었다.
물론 괴물 같은 .. 등급 파괴자 스펙을 가진 똑딱이 카메라도 있다.
(요즘은 뭐 크롭 센서 DSLR에 들어가는 APS-C 규격 센서가 들어가는 놈들도 허다하고,
소니 RX1의 경우 아예 35mm 풀 프레임 센서를 박아 넣는 괴물 같은 스펙을 자랑한다.)
하지만 가격이 만만치 않다는 점이 있다.
장점은 가볍기도 하고 따로 챙겨 다녀야 할 불편함이 없다는 점이 가장 큰 강점이다.
2. DSLR 카메라
카메라 하면 웬만한 사람들은 먼저 DSLR을 떠올릴 것이다.
스마트폰 카메라의 보급이 대중화되면서
일반 카메라에 대한 일반인의 필요성이 많이 줄어든 게 사실이다
하지만 반대로 더 고화질로 잘 찍기 위해 DSLR을 알아보는 사람들이 의외로 많았다.
아마도 SNS들을 운영하면서 사진에 대해 관심이 높아진 탓이지 않나 싶다.
DSLR의 약자는 (Digital Single Lens Reflex)의 약자이다.
광학식 뷰 파인더를 갖추고 있으며, 렌즈로 들어온 화면이 미러 유닛의 미러에 반사되어
펜타프리즘 or 펜타 미러, 포로 미러 등을 통해 뷰 파인더로 화면을 볼 수 있다.
쉽게 말해 과거 일반 콤팩트 카메라는 프리즘 장치가 없이 뷰 파인더만 있어서
사물을 실제 보는 것과 사진을 찍는 것이 완벽히 일치하지 않음을 극복하기 위해
프리즘 등으로 반사 시켜 사진을 찍을 수 있고, 이로 인해 사물을 정확히 볼 수 있게 되었으며
이로 인해 카메라 부피가 커지고 부품이 많이 들어가 비싸지는 대신,
내부 공간이 늘어 다양한 기능을 장착할 수 있어 전문가용 카메라의 대명사가 되었다.
보통 렌즈 교환이 가능한 카메라들이 대부분인데,
렌즈 교환이 불가능하다고 해도 DSLR로 분류되는 기종들이 있다.
하지만 아직 거기까지 언급할 단계가 아니고, 혼동을 줄 수 있기 때문에
그것은 나중에 기회가 되면 다루겠다.
3. 미러리스 디카
미러리스 카메라가 기존 콤팩트 디지털카메라나 DSLR과 어떻게 다른지 알아보려면,
미러리스 카메라의 속 사정을 알면 좋다. '미러리스'라는 이름 그대로다.
카메라 몸체 속에 거울(프리즘)이 없는 카메라라고 생각하면 된다.
DSLR은 카메라 몸체 속에 거울을 갖고 있다.
거울은 렌즈를 통과한 세상 풍경을 사용자가 눈을 가져다 대는
뷰 파인더로 전달하는 기능을 한다.
렌즈로 들어온 빛이 카메라 속 렌즈 뒤편에 45도로 기울어진 거울(반사경)에 반사되고,
이 빛은 다시 카메라 머리에 탑재된 오각형 프리즘(펜타프리즘, pentaprism)
을 거쳐 뷰 파인더까지 간다.
카메라 속 거울은 카메라 속에서 빛이 여행하기 위해 꼭 필요한 부품이다.
반사경과 펜타프리즘 때문에 DSLR 카메라 몸체는 어쩔 수 없이 상대적으로 두껍고, 크고, 무겁다.
미러리스 카메라는 반사경과 펜타프리즘이 없기 때문에 렌즈를 통해
들어온 빛이 바로 이미지센서로 전달된다.
렌즈 뒷면에 45도 각도로 기울어진 거울이 없으니 렌즈와
이미지센서 사이의 간격도 짧게 설계할 수 있다.
이런 점은 미러리스 카메라 몸체를 DSLR 기종과 비교해 작고,
가볍게 설계할 수 있도록 하는 중요한 특징이다.
렌즈를 바꿔 낄 수 있다는 점은 DSLR 카메라를 닮았지만,
거울이 없다는 점에서는 콤팩트 디지털카메라와 형제뻘이다.
그래서 미러리스 카메라를 '하이브리드 카메라'라고 부르기도 한다.
미러리스 카메라가 갖춘 가장 큰 경쟁력은 작은 크기와 무게다.
솔직히 말해 예전에는 미러리스가 DSLR보다 저렴하기 때문에 가성비가 좋다는
소리가 나왔었는데.. 요즘 나오는 미러리스 중 손떨림 방지 기능이 포함된
미러리스는 가격이 만만치 않다.
미러리스의 또 하나의 강점이라면..
여성들과 친해지기 위해 LCD 창이 회전하는 틸트형 LCD 창을 달고 나온다.
셀카를 찍기 위함이다. 이 기능은 필자도 집에 있는 미러리스로 여행을 가서
와이프와 많이 사용하긴 했다.
어쨌든 점차 미러리스가 더욱 기술을 발전시킨다면
자동차로 예를 들자면 DSLR이 대형차라면
미러리스는 중대형 라인에서 강자가 되지 않을까.
그래도 여전히 대형 차들이 꾸준히 팔리고 인기가 있는 것처럼
DSLR도 꾸준할 것이라는 점에는 이견이 없을 듯하다.
4. 하이엔드 디카
아까 콤팩트 카메라.. 일명 똑딱이 카메라 중 등급 파괴자, 괴물 같은 스펙의 똑딱이 카메라가
바로 하이엔드 디카라 할 수 있다.
렌즈가 따로 분리되지 않고 하나의 보디로 이루어져 있으며..
똑딱이 카메라 중 최고급형, 최상급에 속한다 하여 하이엔드 디카라 불리게 되었다.
하이엔드 디카 중 유명한 브랜드는 국내를 제외하고 독일 장인의 숨결이 담겼다는
라이카 하이엔드 카메라가 있다. 파나소닉과 함께 협력관계에 있는 라이카는
현재에도 꾸준히 사랑받고 있다. 다만 A/S와 같은 사후 서비스 덕분에
국내에는 캐논 카메라 유저들이 훨씬 많은 게 사실이다.

거울이 없다는 점에서는 콤팩트 디지털카메라와 형제뻘이다.
그래서 미러리스 카메라를 '하이브리드 카메라'라고 부르기도 한다.
미러리스 카메라가 갖춘 가장 큰 경쟁력은 작은 크기와 무게다.
솔직히 말해 예전에는 미러리스가 DSLR보다 저렴하기 때문에 가성비가 좋다는
소리가 나왔었는데.. 요즘 나오는 미러리스 중 손떨림 방지 기능이 포함된
미러리스는 가격이 만만치 않다.
미러리스의 또 하나의 강점이라면..
여성들과 친해지기 위해 LCD 창이 회전하는 틸트형 LCD 창을 달고 나온다.
셀카를 찍기 위함이다. 이 기능은 필자도 집에 있는 미러리스로 여행을 가서
와이프와 많이 사용하긴 했다.
어쨌든 점차 미러리스가 더욱 기술을 발전시킨다면
자동차로 예를 들자면 DSLR이 대형차라면
미러리스는 중대형 라인에서 강자가 되지 않을까.
그래도 여전히 대형 차들이 꾸준히 팔리고 인기가 있는 것처럼
DSLR도 꾸준할 것이라는 점에는 이견이 없을 듯하다.
4. 하이엔드 디카
아까 콤팩트 카메라.. 일명 똑딱이 카메라 중 등급 파괴자, 괴물 같은 스펙의 똑딱이 카메라가
바로 하이엔드 디카라 할 수 있다.
렌즈가 따로 분리되지 않고 하나의 보디로 이루어져 있으며..
똑딱이 카메라 중 최고급형, 최상급에 속한다 하여 하이엔드 디카라 불리게 되었다.
하이엔드 디카 중 유명한 브랜드는 국내를 제외하고 독일 장인의 숨결이 담겼다는
라이카 하이엔드 카메라가 있다. 파나소닉과 함께 협력관계에 있는 라이카는
현재에도 꾸준히 사랑받고 있다. 다만 A/S와 같은 사후 서비스 덕분에
국내에는 캐논 카메라 유저들이 훨씬 많은 게 사실이다.

19년부터 선불식 할부거래법 법령에 따라 선불식 상조회사는 자본금 15억을 갖춰야 하는데 공정위 조사결과 2018년6월 당시 약150여개 이상의 업체중 [22%충족 / 78%미충족]이란 결과가 나왔다.
아마도 약 60% 이상이 상기 조건을 충족하지 못하고 폐업 업체가 앞으로 더 늘어날거라는 느낌이 든다.

그래서 상조회사의 선택은 신중을 기해야 한다.
그러면 어떤 상조회사를 선택해야 할까? 과연 상조를 꼭 가입해야 하는 것일까?
상조회사를 먼저 살펴보자.
상조상품 계약은 매월 일정금액을 선불로 납부하고 언제 발생할지 모르는 상을 당했을때 서비스를 받는 방식이다.
물론 서비스를 받을때는 남은 잔액을 모두 지불해야 한다.
보장에 따라 보험금을 받는 보험도 아닌데.......요즘에도 이런 불공정한 거래가 있다.
불공정 거래라는 것을 입증하듯 폐업하는 업체가 계속 발생하고 그 피해를 고스란이 고객이 받고 있다.
보안책으로 상조공제조합도 생기고 2015년까지 선수금 50%를 예치하도록 하는 제도도 생겼지만 실제로 예치금을 적법하게 예치한 상조회사는 몇이나 될까? 또 제대로된 보상을 받은 사람이 있는지는 메스컴을 통해 알 수 있을 것이다.
이런 위험한 외줄타기를 할 필요가 있을까???
필자는 자금에 허덕이는 상조회사들이 예치금50%를 맞추는 편법과 꼼수를 알고 있지만 법적인 문제로 밝힐 수 없음을 이해 바라며 세상에 공짜는 없다라는 명언을 명심해야 한다.
예전부터 고객이 매월 납부하는 고객의 돈을 물쓰듯 쓰다보니 지금에 와서 자본금보다 부채비율이 클 수 밖에 없다.
상조회사의 선택은 광고로 인한 인지도와 자산총액 보다 진정성, 전문성 및 부채비율을 살펴봐야 하는데 고객이 도저히 알 수 없음이 현실이고....울며 겨자먹기 식으로 믿고 따를 수 밖에 없다.
공정위와 언론사는 더 이상의 소비자가 피해를 입지 않도록 자본금 15억 보다는 예치금 현황을 보다 명백하고 철저하게 조사하여 공개해 줄 것을 촉구한다.

장례식장에 의뢰해도 장례는 치룰 수 있다.
상조서비스는 그만한 댓가를 지불하고 보다 나은 서비스를 받는 것이다.
장례식장에서 제공 하는 서비스는 한정적이기 때문에 대부분 상조서비스를 찾게되지만 약간의 장례비용의 증가가 동반된다.
장례식장 관계자들도 이점에 대해선 이견이 없으리라 믿는다.
상조가 없던 시절에는 장의사와 장례식장에서 다 했던 일이다...일본에서 시작된 상조서비스가 우리나라에 도입되면서 조금 더 세련되게 변화된 것이며 서로 장단점이 있으나 관계자들간 논쟁의 여지가 있어 여러분의 판단에 맡긴다.?
보통의 다수는 상장례 절차를 알지 못한다.
그래서 장례지도사라는 전문직이 있는 이유이기도 하다...가까운 인척중에 장례지도사가 있으면 절대 상조가입의 필요성을 느끼지 못한다.
숙련된 장례지도사는 상장례에 관한 모든 것에 대해 해박한 지식(시도 별 화장장 예약,종교별 장례의식,장례물품 구비,장례 절차,사후 행정 등)을 가지고 있으므로 장례를 치루면서 바가지?(부당한 비용 청구)를 맞는 걱정으로 부터 벗어날 수 있다.
그렇지 못한 사람은 어쩔 수 없이 상조회사에 노크를 하거나 장례식장에 장례를 의뢰하게 된다.
상조회사는 다수의 장례지도사들을 고용하고 교육한다...여기서 문제는 일당 또는 월급이 해마다 제자리를 거듭하니 현업에 종사중인 장례지도사들의 서비스 질이 향상 될 기미가 보이지 않는다....그러다 보니 숙련된 장례지도사가 아닌 정규 교육을 거치지 못한 자질과 인성이 부족한 장례지도사들을 고용하기도 한다.
장례비용이 부담스러워 조금씩 미리 준비하는 것이라면 사망보험에 가입하거나 은행에 적금을 넣어두는 것이 현명하다.은행에 넣어 두면 이자라도 생긴다.
사망보험의 경우 협약된 상조회사로 부터 상조서비스를 받는 현물지급 보다 사망보험금을 지급받는 보험에 가입하여 사망보험금으로 유가족이 꼼꼼하게 비교해보고 상조서비스를 직접 선택 하는 것이 유리하다.
아울러, 장례를 치룬 후 비용을 지불하는 저렴하고 안전한 후불제상조 회사가 있음을 참고하자.
장례지도사...
?예전에는 민간 발급 자격증을 발급받아 사용했지만 2012년부터 국가자격으로 승격되어 지자체에서 지정한 교육기관, 동종업계에서의 경력인정 또는 관련학과 대학을 졸업하고 정해진 시간을 수료하면 자격증이 발급된다.
수시로 장례 교육기관을 통해 장례지도사가 양성 되고 있으나 자격증을 취득한 후 실제로 상조회사로 진출 하기는 참으로 어렵다.
대부분의 상조회사는 자격증만 소지한 초보 장례지도사를 고용하는 것이 아니라 실무 경험이 풍부한 경력자만을 원하기 때문이다.
장례 진행이 매끄럽지 못하고 실수가 생기게 되면 회사의 이미지에 큰 타격을 주고 많은 손실을 감수 해야 하기 때문이다?.
상조인이여~ 소신있게 업무에 임하여 유가족을 두 번 울리는 행위를 하지 말기를 당부한다.
